Wilmington Design Company is proud to announce that the Coldwell Banker Advantagewebsite has a new look. Originally for Coldwell Banker Festival Park in Fayetteville, the recently expanded site functions as an information hub encompassing all four office locations.
In addition to redesigning the overall look, the client wanted to make property search the site’s prominent feature. Using our Fetch IDX (Internet Data Exchange) , listing details are pulled directly from the Fayetteville MLS (Multiple Listing System), where the data can be fitted to the custom layout. Each listing includes a map, a property slideshow and a virtual tour. Another IDX component is the My Home Favorites feature, where by providing an email address, visitors to the site can favorite and save listing information.
Built on the Fetch Admin platform, custom modules offer simple editing to individual agent profiles, relocation information, and video uploads. Some other features include Community Resources by county and a front page Property Search that allows visitors to quickly find homes based on their specific home buying criteria.
